    The data controller undertakes not to disclose personal data, except with prior authorization from the User, to persons other than the Data Controller’s employees and/or professionals, collaborators, and third parties (natural or legal persons) who perform activities on behalf of the Data Controller and who must know such data solely for the purpose of carrying out the requested activities.

    In particular, data may be communicated to:

    • parties who need to access the data within the limits strictly necessary to achieve purposes auxiliary to the contractual relationship;

    Cookie Policy

    Welcome! This document (hereinafter also referred to as the “Cookie Policy”) illustrates the types and purposes of cookies used by the aforementioned website, in order to allow independent management of preferences regarding the use of Cookies. For the purposes of this text, “website” means www.largineavenco.it, including every page, section, and subsection thereof. “User” means the individual who comes into contact with the website, uses the services, communicates, or simply accesses and/or views one or more pages of the aforementioned website. For further definitions, such as that of personal data or others, please refer to the text of EU Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter referred to, for convenience, as “GDPR”). We kindly request a careful and thorough reading of this Cookie Policy, which applies whenever you access this website and/or navigate within it and/or use its services. For any further requests for information regarding data processing, you may contact the Data Controller at the email address indicated in point 1 of this Cookie Policy.

    1. DATA CONTROLLER

    The Data Controller, pursuant to Articles 4 and 24 of the GDPR, is:

    For the Data Controller’s contact details, you may send a written request to the aforementioned email address.

    2. WHAT COOKIES ARE AND WHAT THEY ARE USED FOR

    Cookies are a tool available to the data controller in providing the requested service, based on the pursued purposes. For greater clarity, they are small files containing packets of information sent by a web server to the user’s Internet browser and automatically stored by the latter on the browsing device, thus automatically resent to the server at each subsequent access to the site (so-called first-party cookies).

    It is also possible that the User, while browsing this site, may also receive cookies from different websites (so-called third-party cookies). This is because the visited website may contain references to other web pages or other elements that reside on servers different from the one on which the requested page is located.

    Responsibility for and management of first-party cookies is assumed directly by the Data Controller, while that of third-party cookies falls on their respective owners and managers.

    Cookies are instrumental in storing the user’s browsing preferences and the consequent and subsequent personalization of Sites according to their needs, improving browsing experiences. For example, cookies avoid having to manually re-enter information already provided on a website and allow for targeted advertising.

    3. TYPES OF COOKIES AND THEIR CLASSIFICATION

    The cookies used can be, in general, classified as follows:

    1. Based on the party managing them:
    • first-party cookies: installed and managed directly by the Data Controller;
    • third-party cookies: installed and generated by websites different from that of the Data Controller and managed by third parties, with whom the related personal data may be shared.

    2. Based on duration:

    • session cookies: last only one browsing session. They are therefore deleted when the browser is closed or when the session expires;
    • persistent cookies: have a predetermined expiration date, at the end of which they will cease to function. They are stored on the hard disk of the device used by the user for browsing. The site reads them at each subsequent visit. They accumulate various information at each subsequent session.

    3. Based on the purposes pursued:

    • technical cookies: necessary to allow the user to browse the website and use the proposed services. Without these, it may be impossible to provide certain services or site functions, as well as making browsing difficult;
    • analytical cookies: used to obtain statistical information, in aggregate form or otherwise, on the number of users accessing the site and how it is used;
    • profiling cookies: these are cookies used to track a user profile and allow the user to subsequently view targeted advertisements, as aligned as possible with consumer interests.

    4. WHICH COOKIES ARE USED AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES

    The following cookies are used on this site.

    • technical and functional cookies: these are necessary to allow the user to browse the website and use the proposed services, particularly used to save the session and perform other activities strictly necessary for the site’s operation, as well as to save preferences and optimize the User’s browsing experience. Pursuant to Article 122, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 169/2003 and pursuant to what was published in the Official Gazette no. 126 of June 3, 2014 and the register of measures no. 229, May 8, 2014, the Site is not required to request express consent for technical cookies, as they are to be considered essential for the aforementioned purposes. Technical and functional cookies are therefore installed automatically and do not require User consent, this information notice being sufficient;

    • analytical cookies from first and third parties: these are used to collect information on browsing by users, for statistical purposes only. Such statistical information is collected, in aggregate form or otherwise, on the number of users accessing the site and how it is used. The Site uses such information in order to develop anonymous statistical analyses useful for improving use by users, and for improving content. Regarding this category, it is also worth noting that first-party cookies have been fully assimilated to technical cookies. This is pursuant to the clarifications of the Italian Data Protection Authority of June 5, 2015 and the latest related guidelines. Therefore, this information notice is sufficient. Regarding third-party analytical cookies, they are to be considered equivalent to technical cookies only if their use is subject to the processing of aggregate statistics relating to a single site and at least the fourth component of the IP address is masked. Otherwise, it is necessary to request User consent for their installation, and the user will be free to express their consent to the installation of the cookies in question, as well as to revoke it at any time, without this affecting the ability to visit the Site and use its content: the Data Controller will keep track of such consent through a specific cookie, so that it will be possible to avoid re-proposing the cookie banner during the User’s subsequent visits to the Site. In particular, the following third-party analytical cookies are present:
    1. Google Analytics 4, https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=t: a web analytics service provided by Google that allows analysis of detailed statistics on website visitors. To disable it, you can click directly on the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=it.
    • profiling cookies (third-party): these are used to track and monitor User browsing in order to profile, target, and send personalized advertising. In particular, the following third-party profiling cookies are present:
    1. Google Search Console, https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en: a service offered by Google that allows monitoring and managing the site’s presence in Google Search results.
    2. Facebook Pixel, https://www.facebook.com/policy.php: A Facebook Ads conversion tracking tool that links data from Facebook with actions taken within this site. This translates into a form of behavioral marketing that allows the site to promote itself to users who have visited it, through advertisements. The user is free to express their consent to the installation of first and third-party profiling cookies and to revoke it at any time, without this affecting the ability to visit the Site and use its content.
    • While not strictly cookies, the website also uses the tracker:
    1. Google Font, https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq/privacy?hl=it: a service offered by Google that provides an interactive web directory and API that allow fonts to be included on the website. Google may thus track user behavior on the website by collecting, storing, and using certain end-user data (e.g., IP address) for statistical purposes.

      5. HOW TO DISABLE COOKIES

      At the time of the first visit to the site, the user can express their free choice regarding acceptance of all cookies, continuation of browsing with only those that do not require consent, or can select specific preferences.

      Technical and functional cookies, as well as first-party analytical cookies, are installed automatically and do not require User consent. However, third-party analytical and profiling cookies require express consent. It is worth remembering that consent given can be revoked by the User at any time, without this affecting the ability to visit the Site and use its content.

      Closing the banner results in continuation of browsing with default settings, i.e., excluding the operation of third-party analytical and profiling cookies.

      The User can also determine their preferences regarding the use of cookies in advance through browser settings. By modifying such settings, you can accept or reject cookies or decide to receive a warning message before accepting a cookie from browsing on websites. Cookies can also be deleted at the user’s request, by deleting the contents of the “cookie” folder of the browser used.

      By default, almost all web browsers are set to automatically accept cookies. However, since each browser is different from the others, it is useful to verify on a case-by-case basis the procedures for modifying preferences relating to cookies. You can set your browser as desired to reject all cookies, or to exclude only some. At the following links you can find useful information for setting such preferences:

      For further and more in-depth information on cookies, you can visit the site www.youronlinechoices.com.

      6. SOCIAL BUTTONS

      By social buttons we mean the link buttons on the web page depicting social network icons to facilitate sharing and interaction on a specific social network of content chosen by the user.

      It is noted that each social network acquires data relating to the visit according to independent regulations, which are referred to by reference, through consultation of the relevant Policies.

      For information regarding cookie management by the social networks to which the social buttons refer, please see the following links:

      This Site also uses social network sharing plugin cookies, which allow the user to share their information with social networks, as well as propose other related functions, such as, by way of example, posting comments.

      On the other hand, this allows social networks to identify the user and retain information regarding the use of the Site in their profiles. As specified above, these cookies can be disabled through your browser. Should they not be accepted or be disabled, it will not be possible to use or view these tools.

      7. Rights

      At any time, pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, the data subject may exercise all rights of access to data, its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, request and obtain information and clarification regarding the purposes and objectives of processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients to whom the data have been disclosed, and the retention period.

      The right to withdraw previously given consent is also recognized.

      Please note the legal right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Data Protection Authority, as provided for in Article 77 of the GDPR, or to bring the matter before the appropriate judicial authorities pursuant to Article 79.

      The exercise of all the aforementioned rights, with the exception of lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority, will be possible by sending a specific request to the email address referred to in Article 1.

      With particular reference to erasure, the right to request the erasure of personal data is recognized; such data will be deleted upon request, except in cases where erasure is inappropriate due to legal impediments, such as the existence of a contract or outstanding debit/credit relationships. Similarly, data cannot be erased in cases where retention obligations exist.
